The past 5 years have been a defining period in my life as a computer science student, and it has been shaped by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As a Bachelor's degree student in Computer Science, I was exposed to the world of computer programming and web development, which opened my eyes to the limitless possibilities of technology.
During my Bachelor's degree, I learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, which allowed me to create basic websites. This experience was both challenging and rewarding, and it gave me a taste of what it's like to be a developer. However, as the pandemic continued, I realized that the world of technology was evolving at a rapid pace, and I needed to keep up with the latest trends and technologies.
In light of this, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science. This has been a challenging but rewarding journey so far. I am now focusing on problem-solving skills and learning the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js), which has allowed me to create more advanced and interactive web applications.
However, the learning doesn't stop here. In the future, I plan to contribute to open-source projects. This experience will be invaluable as it will allow me to work with a team of developers from all over the world and improve my coding skills.
In summary, the past 5 years have been a journey of learning, adaptation, and growth for me. The challenges posed by the pandemic were tough, but they also presented opportunities for me to expand my knowledge and skills. I am now in the middle of my Master's degree in computer science, and I am excited to see what the future holds.
My name is Faisal, and I hope this blog post has given you a glimpse of my experience as a computer science student during the pandemic. I am looking forward to continue learning and contributing to the field in the future.
